We loved our stay at Aloft. The common areas were clean, and comfortable. The room felt very clean, and modern. The decor was fun! The bed was SO comfortable. We loved that the tv was on a moveable mount, so it could be easy to view from all areas. The view of the water was nice, too! We spent some time playing pool in the lounge area, and ordered drinks at the bar. The drinks were fantastic, and we loved getting to relax at the hotel. The fact that the hotel is just on the edge of the main Old Port area made it convenient enough to walk to great shops and restaurants, but not so in the middle of everything we felt overwhelmed.

We stayed in a double queen waterfront room. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable and the view was beautiful. Blackout curtains in the room are excellent. Hotel is located close to most things. We walked everywhere with no issue. Location feels safe. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is some free street parking around the hotel. Cool bar area.

I am not normally a fan of staying at chain hotels, but I have to admit in this case I was very pleasantly surprised! While this was clearly a corporate hotel, the front desk staff was actually really friendly, and the service across the board was great. I love how clean and efficient the rooms are.

The breakfast sandwich I had was good, but I expected a full-service restaurant based on Booking.com’s description. Otherwise, the accommodations were great. The view from the hotel room was fantastic, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was excellent. Love the layout of the room.
